9:00–9:50 AM — Rooted in Evidence: TESOL’s Role in Ethical Referrals for Multilingual Learners
Learn how TESOL and ESL educators can support ethical referral practices when disabilities are suspected. Participants will explore ways to document instructional data, analyze learning patterns, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure referrals are grounded in evidence rather than language acquisition factors alone.

10:00–10:50 AM — Individual Language Plans for ELs
Explore how Individualized Language Plans can bring together holistic student data to guide instruction and support English learners. Participants will review research, examine a sample template, and collaborate on practical tools that can be shared with classroom teachers.

11:00–11:50 AM — Beyond Push-In: Real Collaboration with Content Area Teachers
