Ohio TESOL is committed to making professional learning accessible and affordable. Discounted conference registration is available for current Ohio TESOL members, paraprofessionals, retired educators, and full-time students. Join educators from across Ohio for two days of learning, networking, and collaboration as we support multilingual learners together.
Registration & Membership Grant
The Conference Registration Grant helps offset the cost of attending the 2026 Ohio TESOL Conference for eligible applicants. Awards vary based on the recipient's registration category.
Eligibility
Applicants must:
- Be a current Ohio TESOL member (or become a member through registration)
- Complete the grant application by September 1, 2026
- Volunteer for at least two hours during the conference
- Pay their conference registration in advance (grant recipients will be reimbursed at the conference)
Travel Grant
Up to $200
Traveling a long distance to attend? The Travel Grant helps offset lodging, mileage, or other travel-related expenses.
Eligibility
Applicants must:
- Be a current Ohio TESOL member
- Live or work 45 miles or more from the conference location
- Complete the grant application by September 1, 2026
- Volunteer for at least two hours during the conference
- Pay conference expenses in advance (reimbursements will be provided at the conference)
- Not currently serve on the Ohio TESOL Board of Directors
